As an example of Paul Belanger's production is a feature of a recent element of a larger event: within his production collaboration at the KimTom Shanghai (China) Clowning/Comedy Festival, Paul created the Balloon Fashion Show. It was the largest and most extensive events of its kind in the world. He combined character and theme(s), story, and face and body painting upon both professional models and professional entertainers. This event was filmed by Chinese television and produced into a national, over-10-minute television segment which was sent across China. Paul's vision and production is unmatched in this innovative creative production, which showcased the balloon artists, body artists, entertainers, fashion world, and design elements - all in a unique stage venue.
